Growing the Storytellers of the Future.

Children are invited to join me, Katie Jones, on a journey at this special time of the year of new beginnings, to discover the wonders and the magic of the mighty egg!

Workshop 1: ‘The Cosmic Egg’

Easter Saturday 19th April
10 – 12pm

Together we will travel around the world and back in time, to the very beginning. Exploring myths and legends from Ancient times to discover how it all began. We will use storytelling techniques from the oral tradition to share what we have learnt and discovered along the way. Participants will get to experience their own role as ‘Creators’ with an opportunity to create a new world of their own making and tell its story.

Each workshop will last 2 hrs and combine movement, games, artwork and song, with a break half way between. Children are able to be dropped off but parents are welcome to stay if needed. There is a cafe onsite.

The cost is £10 per workshop, or £18 for both.
