Luckily, group camping and glamping in Pembrokeshire doesn’t have to be complicated – especially when you come to Dewslake.
Whether you’re organising a family and friends get together, a sports team trip, a hen or stag do, or something delightfully niche (yes, we’re looking at you, ukulele players), we’ve been welcoming groups to our corner of West Wales for years.

And we have two options on offer for groups: Dewslake Farm Camping & Glamping and Cwtch Woodland Retreat: space to gather, room to breathe, and the option to make things as relaxed or as organised as you like.

Dewslake Farm Camping & Glamping – space, flexibility and room for everyone
The sort of groups we host
If you’re wondering whether your group will “fit in”, the answer is almost certainly yes. Over the years we’ve hosted:
- Running groups blowing off steam after a big race
- Rugby teams enjoying a well-earned social weekend
- A ukulele get together (yes, really – and it was excellent)
- Lindy hop dancers who brought their own swing rhythm to the fields
- Plenty of multi-generational family and friends gatherings, from grandparents to toddlers and everyone in between
If people enjoy being outdoors, sharing food, and laughing around a fire, they tend to do quite well here.
Dewslake is ideal for larger group camping and glamping in Pembrokeshire, especially with a bit of advance notice.
Outside school holiday periods, we can often offer exclusive field hire, giving your group plenty of space to spread out and relax together. There’s also the option to add barn space if you’d like somewhere undercover to gather, eat, or socialise indoors.
Food and fun? We can help with that too:

- With enough notice, we can even arrange live music and a bar
Accommodation-wise, you can mix and match:
- Six fully furnished glamping bell tents
- Ten Naked Bell Tents (bell tents with ground mats only – bring your own beds)
- Three cosy shepherd’s huts
- Plus plenty of space for standard camping, lots of electric hook-ups and non-electric pitches also
It’s a brilliant option for sports teams, big celebrations, and groups who want flexibility without sacrificing comfort.
Cwtch Woodland Retreat – exclusive site hire for smaller groups, deeper in nature!
For smaller group glamping in Pembrokeshire, Cwtch Woodland Retreat offers something a bit more tucked away.
This off-grid woodland site is available for exclusive hire and includes:
- Three cabins sleeping up to eight
- Space for up to twelve guests with the addition of a bell tent
- A shared kitchen
- Proper toilets and hot showers
- A log-fired hot tub and sauna
Set among the trees, it’s perfect for family and friends get togethers, birthday weekends, or small retreat-style gatherings where slowing down is the main objective.
Please note that Cwtch Woodland Retreat is not in the same location as Dewslake, they are about 10 miles from each other. Postcode for Cwtch is SA73 1LH
A quick note on group bookings (the sensible bit)
We’re very happy to welcome groups, but a little planning helps everything run smoothly.
- If you’re part of a group of more than 10 adults, even if everyone is booking separately, we ask that you let us know in advance. That way we can make sure there’s a suitable area for you to camp together.
We also ask each group to nominate a ‘team leader’. This person will:
- Make sure everyone in the group knows the site rules
- Be the main point of contact for the Dewslake team
- Arrange payment of the group bond before arrival
It’s not nearly as official as it sounds, but it does save a lot of confusion (and stops us having to guess who’s in charge).
